 There's something undeniably special about Sundays. It’s a day for rejuvenation, for recharging those batteries that have been running on empty. It’s a day to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with yourself.
 
 How do you like to spend your Sunday mornings?
 
 Perhaps you're a morning person, relishing the quiet hours with a good book and a steaming cup of coffee. Maybe you prefer to linger in bed, lost in a world of dreams. Or, you might be an early riser, drawn to the peace of nature as you embark on a leisurely walk or bike ride.
 
 
 Whatever your preference, the key is to unwind. Let go of the to-do lists, the deadlines, the expectations. Just be. Allow yourself to drift, to daydream, to simply exist.

    1. I have always been an early riser, and Sunday is no different for me. I LOVE the quiet and stillness of early morning. Let's me meditate, clear my head, set the tone for the day and just BE for a while before the world gets going. Sunday is always a day for prayer and nourishing my spiritual side. Again, sets the tone for the new day and new week!

      My day always starts out with a morning walk w/Miss Lilly so, nature therapy is definitely part of my morning routine.

      Have to have that one cup of coffee in the morning.

      Otherwise, I generally let Sunday unfold as it will . . . generally no set-in-stone plans. That's for the rest of the week!

    3. It's Kathy. We all slept in this morning and honestly, I could go back to bed. But today will be a quiet day for me. My body needs rest before my surgery on Tuesday and I need to think about anything BUT Tuesday. Enjoy your day!
