It's Kathy. These are so powerful and exactly what I need to send on to my daughter. We had a lengthy conversation last night about her letting other people dictate what she does, people who don't respect her needs. She puts other people first and then is unhappy! And I really needed to read the one that ends Keep working and believing in yourself. My recovery isn't going as well as I'd like - but I have to keep working on it! Thanks.
